Jennifer
Larkin, Founder of Balance Professional Services, has over 12 years experience supporting Senior Level Executives in Corporate
America. She is a highly motivated professional with a very diverse background. Jennifer graduated from Iowa State University
with a B.S. Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. Realizing she had much to offer, she chose to take her administrative
and event planning skills outside of the hotel industry. Companies Jennifer has worked for include: Hyatt Hotels, Arthur
Andersen, Accenture, McKinsey and Company, NASCAR and Chico's FAS. She is pro-active, professional and results-oriented.
She has a natural ability to create good working relationships with people at all levels. Her strengths include her
organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through. She prides herself in getting the job done with as little
wasted time and energy as possible. She is a loyal, dependable worker who can always be counted on to do a great job.
